Sue Hawkins was the Director and founder of Byron Bay Yoga and Yoga Health Retreats for 17 years and is a yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience . Having been a renowned figure in the yoga community, my journey has been marked by teaching and collaborating with other professional yoga teachers.
At Nana Glen Yoga, I bring this wealth of experience to create a space that is not just about yoga – it's about a holistic journey towards well-being and transformation.
Embark on a yoga journey guided by Sue Hawkins. With a notable past as a yoga teacher, and over 30 years experience I've been dedicating my time to Nana Glen Yoga since November 2023.
There are weekly yoga classes to choose from, retreats in NSW and Bali and personal one to one yoga sessions.
All classes are tailored to suit all levels of experience.

The heart of my practice lies in the trust I've earned from the community, providing a supportive environment from beginners to more experienced students creating a nurturing and supportive environment to ensure a safe and rewarding experience.
All classes are well planned offering modifications to beginners and people with previous injuries. Special attention is given to senior students focusing on joint care, stability and mobilization.

Can A Beginner Go On A Yoga Retreat?
All our retreats cater for beginners to experienced practitioners.
Modifications are given for newer students and every level is tailored to. .Immerse yourself in a 4 or a 7 day escape designed to reduce stress, bring ease of movement and promote good health and relaxation.

Each retreat combines expert guidance from Sue and facilitators offering twice daily yoga with Sue, guided meditation, yoga nidra, yin yoga, massage treatments, delicious healthy meals, fresh juices, release toxins and free time to relax and restore.
By participating in these practices, you nourish your mind, body, and soul, enhancing your overall well-being and creating a foundation for long-term health and stability.
