This yoga retreat offers an opportunity to unwind for 3 days/2 nights in a beautiful hinterland location nested in Upper Orara.
Enjoy morning yoga sessions with Sue Hawkins and unwind with restorative Yin Yoga in the afternoons. Daily meditation, yoga nidra, breathing exercises, massage, healthy and delicious meals are provided.
There is plenty of free time to relax by the pool, or explore the beaches and surrounds.
Rejuvenating massage is available on request to unwind and relax.

Every yoga retreat with Sue is a carefully curated mix of yoga, relaxation, and exploration. Enjoy twice daily yoga classes with Sue with the mornings being more energising to set up for the day. The afternoons are dedicated to restorative classes allowing you to unwind and restore the body and mind from the activities of the day.
We start our day with a guided meditation following by invigorating morning yoga sessions and relaxation. We gather for breakfast then you have some free time to relax or explore, have a nurturing massage or a swim in the pool.
Afternoons focus on restorative yin classes including pranayama to still the mind with guided meditation leaving you feeling refreshed. and balanced.

Senior Qualified Yoga Instructor
Sue Hawkins was the founder and director of Byron Bay Yoga and Yoga Health Retreats. She is a Senior qualified yoga instructor whose training includes direct teaching from BNS Iyengar in Mysore, India. Sue has been practicing for 37 years, teaching for 27 years and has led yoga retreats in Byron Bay and internationally for over 20 years.
Sue’s yoga experience is a combination of practicing Iyengar Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga including pranayama, Yoga Nidra Restorative Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy. She also has a deep insight into the practice of meditation.
Having taught and guided many students from all walks of life she continues to follow her dedication of yoga and meditation to helping others cultivate inner peace and balance while empowering others on their yoga journey.
Sue owns Nana Glen Yoga and teaches weekly yoga classes in Nana Glen, Coramba and Upper Orara communities.
