Our weekend yoga retreat offers an opportunity to unwind for 3 days/2 nights offering tranquility and rejuvenation staying in 9 private cottages only 15 mins from Coffs Coast nestled amongst the rolling hills of of the hinterland.
Start your day practising mindful meditation followed by an energising morning yoga session in our beautiful purpose built barn listening to the sounds of flowing water from the nearby creek.
We gather for a healthy breakfast then the day is of your choice of massage or healing treatments, walking, swim, cycling, tennis, reading and restorative yoga sessions.
This all inclusive retreat offers respite and rejuvenation from the stresses of daily life to become more mindful and slowing down the pace. A time just for yourself.

We start our day with a guided meditation following by invigorating morning yoga sessions and relaxation. We gather for breakfast then you have some free time to relax or explore, have a nurturing massage or a swim in the pool.
Afternoons focus on restorative yin classes including pranayama to still the mind with guided meditation leaving you feeling refreshed. and balanced.

Embark on a yoga journey guided by Sue Hawkins. With a notable past as a yoga teacher, and over 30 years experience I've been dedicating my time to Nana Glen Yoga since November 2023.
There are weekly yoga classes to choose from, retreats in NSW and Bali and personal one to one yoga sessions.
The heart of my practice lies in the trust I've earned from the community, providing a supportive environment from beginners to more experienced students creating a nurturing and supportive environment to ensure a safe and rewarding experience.
All classes are well planned offering modifications to beginners and people with previous injuries. Special attention is given to senior students focusing on joint care, stability and mobilization.
