Join our weekly yoga classes, suitable for beginners through general level practitioners.

All classes include modifications and guidance to support new students, as well as those looking to strengthen and consolidate their practice.


Weekly In-Person Classes

🌿 Accessible Yoga – Saturdays
Time: 8:30–9:30 AM | Location: Nana Glen Hall
Level: Beginner to General over 45's
Cost: $20 per class

 

Accessible postures that promote strength, mobility and long-term resilience, focused on alignment, flexibility, and balance. Personalized attention ensures you move safely and confidently.
What to Bring: 

Yoga mat, 2 blocks, bolster, belt (props also provided if needed)

Fortnightly Online Class

🧘‍♀️ New! Friday Lunchtime Reset – Every Second Friday

Where: Online via Zoom – join from the comfort of your own home
Cost: $25
Level: All levels welcome

Need to break up your week? This 75-minute live online class is designed to stretch, breathe, and restore your energy.

Suitable for over 50's. 

Focus is on strength, stability, and mindful movement. 

Personalized attention ensures you move safely and confidently. 

Postures that promote strength, mobility and long-term resilience.

(Additional fee may apply for longer travel distances)
