I thoroughly enjoyed the 3 day retreat. A lot of thought & planning had gone into the programme. Meditation on the beach was something I’d not ever done. I was introduced to Yin Yoga, a yoga practice I’d not participated in before. The down time between practices was truly welcomed. Being able to have a massage was fantastic. The food was excellent & the three days just flowed. The Agni fire ritual on the last night was an eye opener & glad I participated.
No matter what your capabilities, Sue is an excellent yoga instructor & made everyone feel welcome. I can’t wait until the 6 day retreat in Bali next year.

I signed up for the Yarrahappini yoga retreat with Sue not really knowing how I would go but was glad that I did it. I haven’t done yoga for a while but was surprised by how much I could do. Sue did an amazing job of accommodating everybody’s needs and abilities. I really enjoyed the yin yoga with Jan as well. The meditation helped me to slow down a lot. I usually struggle with meditating, but the combination with yoga and the natural environment made it much more effective. The food was really good and the accommodation was comfortable. I would definitely go again.

I have been doing yoga on and off for 25 years and Sue is by far the best yoga teacher I have ever had. I started going to Sue’s classes 14 months ago, initially just once a week. I loved it so much I now attend 3 times a week. It has become an essential part of my life. I am much stronger, calmer, I sleep better and I’m in a lot less pain. Sue is warm, kind and fun. She teaches you how to get the basics right, and to do poses correctly and then build from there. This is so important as it helps to prevent injuries. Classes are small and suitable for all abilities. She’ll meet you wherever you’re at, and she intuitively knows when she can push you a little more, and when not to. I could not recommend her more.

Sue is a wonderful yoga teacher. Sue is intuitive, and can instruct a class for participants with a range of levels and needs. Personally I find that Sue’s classes offer the right amount of challenge, without pain, but always growing and developing to the next level.
I highly recommend Sue for all bodies wanting to become more flexible and adaptable.

I have been doing yoga with Sue for a few months now and found the practice excellent. Each week we tackle different areas of our body to help with posture and strength. It's helped me with my posture. Sue is not only a fabulous teacher but very easy to talk to. Sue has just a beautiful heart for people. That's the reason I have given Sue 5 stars.

I’m new to yoga & started with Sue just over a year ago. I believe I was incredibly lucky to hit gold with my first instructor. At 60 yrs of age, my body has subtly changed over this time, more flexible, less aches and pains & an overall feeling of wellness. So pleased I finally got to do something I’d aspired to in retirement. Better late than never.

Sue gave me my first yoga lesson 25 years ago. It was my pleasure to work with Sue on many yoga retreats over the years. She is a highly experienced, gifted and dedicated yoga teacher who was a Pathfinder in yoga retreats. You will be in wonderful hands.🙏

I haven’t done a lot of yoga throughout my life so far, but have always wanted to. So five or six months ago, at 46, I did a few classes with Sue.
Yoga with Sue quickly became very important to me and now I make sure I do two classes each week (with some additional stretches and poses at home based on things Sue has taught me).
Sue met me exactly where I was at and has continued to support and encourage me, using her innate understanding of what I need, love and desire for my life.
Yoga gives me guaranteed time for myself every week for now, and also ensures my body will allow me to continue to live the life I love and desire as I move through the next stages of life.
I feel so grateful to have found such a beautiful way to continue working on being healthy, strong, calm and ready for anything. Rachael Catherine
