"I truly believe I have hit gold with my first yoga teacher! "
Jodie Nancarrow
I signed up for a yoga retreat with Sue from Nana Glen Yoga not really knowing how I would go, but was glad that I did it. I haven’t done yoga for a while but was surprised by how much I could do. Sue did an amazing job of accommodating everybody’s needs and abilities. I really enjoyed the yin yoga with Jan as well. The meditation helped me to slow down a lot. I usually struggle with meditating, but the combination with yoga and the natural environment made it much more effective. The food was really good and the accommodation was very comfortable. I would definitely go again.
"Sue was so professional and knowledgeable - a great teacher."
