This yoga retreat offers an opportunity to unwind and enjoy 3 days/ 2 nights to experience twice daily yoga with Sue Hawkins, daily Yin Yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, breathing exercises, massage, healthy delicious meals and free time plenty of free time to relax or explore the beaches and surrounds.

This yoga retreat offers an opportunity to unwind and enjoy 3 days/ 2 nights to experience twice daily yoga with Sue Hawkins, daily Yin Yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, breathing exercises, massage, healthy delicious meals and free time plenty of free time to relax or explore the beaches and surrounds.


Tucked amongst the hinterland’s rolling hills, our retreat cottages offer privacy and seclusion only 15 minutes from the coastal city of Coffs Harbour. Nine cottages, each with its own unique décor and personality, nestle amongst the trees, rolling hills and green pastures. A place to truly relax and escape the world’s hustle and bustle.
